Terms of Service

By accessing or using HBOTT.com and any related services (directory, booking, marketplace, donations, referrals, AI Oracle, and content), you agree to these Terms of Service. Services are offered by HBOTT.com.

1. Discovery Platform; No Medical Advice

HBOTT.com is a discovery platform only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content on HBOTT.com—including the AI Oracle, condition summaries, directory listings, and any other materials—is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as, and does not constitute, medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment decisions. Use of the site does not create a physician–patient or provider–patient relationship. All engagements (including bookings, sessions, and care) are solely between you and the clinic, provider, or seller; HBOTT.com is not a party to those transactions.

2. Use of the Site

You will use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not: misuse the directory, AI Oracle, booking, or payment systems; attempt to access restricted areas or others' accounts; transmit malware or illegal content; scrape or harvest data without permission; or interfere with the operation of the site or others' use of it.

3. HBOTT™ Name and Trademark Usage

HBOTT™ (HyperBaric Oxygen: the first T for Therapy, the second T for Treatment) is a trademark of HBOTT.com or its licensors. The names "HBOTT," "HBOTT.com," and associated logos, taglines, and visual identities are proprietary and protected by trademark law.

Permitted use: You may use the name "HBOTT" or "HBOTT™" in a purely descriptive, non-misleading way when referring to the protocol or services you have received. You may not use the HBOTT™ name or marks in a manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with HBOTT.com unless you have a written agreement allowing such use.

Prohibited use: You may not use the HBOTT™ name, logo, or any confusingly similar marks for your own business name, branding, marketing materials, domain names, or social media in a way that suggests you are HBOTT, HBOTT.com, or an official partner, without prior written permission. You may not modify the marks or use them in a way that disparages or tarnishes the brand. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Clinics, referrers, and partners who wish to use the HBOTT™ name or marks in connection with their services must contact us for licensing or partnership terms.

4. Marketplace and Subscription Terms

Used Chamber Listing ($99 flat fee): Listings for used hyperbaric chambers on HBOTT.com are subject to a one-time $99 flat fee. Each listing is active for 120 days from the date of payment. There are no refunds for the $99 used chamber listing fee once the listing has been published or the payment has been processed. Listing content must be accurate and comply with our marketplace guidelines; we reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

National Tier ($2,500/month, billed quarterly): The National Exclusive attorney or provider tier is billed at $2,500 per month, billed quarterly ($7,500 per quarter). Payment is due at the start of each quarter. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are set forth in the order or checkout flow. Refunds for the National Tier are governed by our Refund & Cancellation policy and any separate subscription agreement.

Session bookings, equipment purchases, and donations are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of transaction. Refunds and cancellations are otherwise governed by our Refund & Cancellation policy. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for any charges incurred through your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Except as stated in the HBOTT™ usage section above, all content on HBOTT.com (text, graphics, logos, software, design) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HBOTT.com and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site.
