Refund & Cancellation

Marketplace listings are non-refundable once live. Subscription cancellations require 30 days' notice. All billing via Authorize.net.

This Refund & Cancellation policy sets out how HBOTT.com handles refunds, cancellations, and related billing. All billing is handled via the secure Authorize.net gateway. By making a purchase, listing, or subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. $99 Marketplace Listings (Used Chambers)

Listings for used hyperbaric chambers on the HBOTT.com marketplace are subject to a one-time $99 flat fee. Once your listing is live (published on the site), the $99 fee is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for the listing fee after publication, regardless of whether the unit is sold, removed, or modified. If you have not yet been published and wish to cancel your payment, contact us promptly at HBOTTGROUP@gmail.com; we may, at our discretion, cancel the listing and issue a refund before the listing goes live.

2. Subscription Tiers ($249/mo and $2,500/mo) — Cancellation

For subscription tiers (including the $249/month Verified Premium tier and the $2,500/month National Exclusive tier, billed quarterly at $7,500), cancellation requires at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing date. You must submit your cancellation request in writing (e.g., email to HBOTTGROUP@gmail.com) at least 30 days before the start of the next billing cycle. Upon receipt of valid notice, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew. No refunds are provided for the current period already paid. Failure to provide 30 days' notice may result in one additional billing cycle before cancellation takes effect.

3. Payment Processing — Authorize.net

All billing for marketplace listings, subscriptions, and other paid services is processed through the secure Authorize.net gateway. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Refunds, when applicable under this policy, will be processed back through Authorize.net to the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically 5–10 business days).

4. Session Packages — Expiration and Cancellation

Pre-paid session packages (e.g., 5, 10, 20, or 40 sessions) are valid for use within the period stated at purchase or, if none, 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited; no refund is provided for expired sessions unless required by law or we agree in writing. Cancellation or reschedule of a scheduled session requires at least 24 hours advance notice to avoid charges; no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Refunds for unused sessions in a package are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative or processing fee.

5. Equipment Purchases

Refunds and returns for equipment purchased through HBOTT.com or our partners are governed by the seller's or manufacturer's return policy disclosed at checkout. Defective or misdescribed items may qualify for return, repair, or replacement under applicable law. Contact the seller or us for details.

6. Donations

Donations (e.g., to the HBOTT Hope Fund or through iGiveSocial) are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly; we will work with our nonprofit partner to address the issue where permitted.

7. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, contact us first at HBOTTGROUP@gmail.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services until resolved.
